Make.com scenario: web form lead to Google Sheets + Gmail alert

A Make.com blueprint you import in one click: a webhook receives a web form submission, adds it as a row in your Leads sheet, and emails you an alert from Gmail.

How it flows

What it does

• Trigger: Make "Custom webhook" that accepts form fields name, email, phone, service, message (and optional source).
• Google Sheets "Add a Row" into a tab named Leads, mapped to the same 13 columns as the Lead Tracker sample (Status = New, Next Step = Call back).
• Gmail "Send an Email" to you with the lead details, so you can call back fast.

Install in short

1. In Make, open Scenarios > Create a new scenario. Click the three-dot (More) menu at the bottom of the editor > Import Blueprint, choose hwa-make-form-to-sheets-gmail.blueprint.json, and Save.
2. Click the webhook module > Add, name the webhook, Save, and copy the webhook URL it shows.
3. Click the Google Sheets module > add your Google connection > pick your spreadsheet (the Lead Tracker sample works) and the Leads sheet. Check each column mapping still lines up.
4. Click the Gmail module > add your Gmail connection (follow Make's prompts) and change To from you@yourbusiness.com to your address.
5. Point your web form at the webhook URL (most form tools have a "webhook" or "send to URL" setting), or use the test command below.
6. Click Run once, send one test submission, check the new row and the alert email, then switch the scenario ON (scheduling: Immediately).

Good to know

• Connections are never included in a blueprint; you add your own after import.
